NEWS FLASH! Gramp Training Event Sunday 26th January

Gramp coaches have managed to organise another training event for all Gramp members at Crathes Castle this Sunday.  All are welcome!
There will be training for all standards, from beginners to technical courses for the most experienced.
And there will be free refreshments – bring your own mug if possible.

Parking: at Crathes Castle main visitor car park.
Registration/Start from 10.30am – 11.30am
Follow the red and white tapes from the car park to navigate to the Registration/Start.
Entry – £2 adults/£1 juniors to cover map costs

To help with knowing how many maps to print please email david.esson @ btinternet.com (remove the spaces) by Wednesday evening with your name and technical standard of training you will want to take part in (this doesn’t commit you to any payment if you don’t turn up and if you are a beginner but want to try a more technical course afterwards the easier one that will be fine too)

Looking forward to seeing you all on Sunday.

And have you seen the SLOW videos yet?  You get to find out what the GB Squad sound like as well as watching them in (slow for them) action as they take you through some of the skills and techniques to develop and improve your orienteering. Eight videos in total being released one every week through Jan and Feb all funded by Sport England.
