HHH 2014 Results

Did anyone’s head actually explode yesterday? Felt like mine was going to on several occasions as Ali’s novelty twist was truly evil (and to add insult to mental injury he seemed truly proud of it!!)

North was still North and South was still down (or was it up?), but East was left sometimes and right others and then the map seemed to fold back round on itself and by the time you’d gone up, left, unWest, down-rightish and run too far South-Up you were back where you started and still in the wrong place. If you tried reading through the back of your map held up against the weak sun or even turning your compass upside-North you stood a vague chance of running in the right direction!! Clear as mud? You had to be there.

HHHThanks to Ali, Adrian (who I noticed was fielding a lot of flak on download that should have gone Ali’s way!), Helen R and family (for soup and warmth afterwards), car pushers and anyone else who helped out.
