AUOCup Scolty and Final Results

AUOCup finished with two technical courses in Scolty. The long course was 5.3km, but had only 5 controls – a great long distance control practice!
Evgueni was the brave one tackling the course as the only Gramp (to secure his win in the long, non-student category) and beat the course in great time!

Here are the results from Saturday accompanied with the final overall standings.
Congratulations to the winners: Michaela, Evgueni, Eva and Anne HIckling.
Congratulations to the orienteers in second place: Lovisa, Rob, Daniel and Kirsty Farquharson!
As well as a big thank you for everyone who participated in the cup!!

All is left to do now is the prize giving ceremony and a wee quiz evening at Aberdeen University campus on Tuesday, 22nd March from 8pm, details attached. Hope to see many of you there and once again a big thank you from AUOC! 🙂

  • Scottish Team Selections for the 2017 VHI
    This takes place at Aviemore on 23rd/24th September this year. Congratulations to the following people, who have been selected for the Scottish team. All those who have been selected should already have heard from me but if not please get in touch as it means I do not have a correct e-mail address for you.
