Jamie Stevenson Trophy 2018

Big congratulations all round to the Gramp Team who ran at the JS Trophy today at Morrone Birkwood, Braemar: Mia and Olivia Coman, Morven and Kirsty Farqhuarson, Noah and Sam Griffin, Oli Robertson, Reuben Cole and Connor Whitelaw. Between them they scored 558 points coming 6th overall which is a great result for such a relatively inexperienced team.

Report and photos to follow asap so check back here later.

Congratulations also to the JST hosts, MAROC, who won beating MOR by just one point in the end.

  1. Great results for such a small team too! We have a list of things we need to remember next time including face paints (kind INVOC leant us theirs), cow bells, something to decorate the tent with, and maybe a few more juniors!

UPCOMING EVENTS (click series or event names for details link)

We’re slowly starting up again but at the moment it’s club members only (to aid contact tracing should the need arise and keep numbers attending events to a minimum.) We’ll send emails to members for individual events as they come up as arrangements may change. See our Covid 19 page for more info.

You can join the Mobile O revolution though and download the MapRun app and have a go at some local courses using your phone to time yourself and even navigate with. Visit our MapRun page for instructions and a list of maps.
