Hope you all enjoyed yourselves? Certainly seemed that way as I came back from the finish to find what appeared to be a lively cocktail party in full swing with folk animatedly discussing courses and catching up with friends in the sunshine by the cake stall.

Apologies for the control malfunction with 166 on the Orange course and thanks to Yann Newey for reporting it so promptly.
We thought we’d managed to reprogram a spare control and get it replaced before too many of you were affected but looking at the records just now nearly everyone was showing no punch – not 166 or the original number of the spare – so our cunning plan didn’t work. I’ve guesstimated a split time for you all so that you are re-instated in the results.

If you spot any errors like spelling mistakes or age classes or saying shadowed when you weren’t or vice versa then please email webmaster@grampoc.com and I’ll correct asap for the final results.

UPCOMING EVENTS (click series or event names for details link)

We’re slowly starting up again but at the moment it’s club members only (to aid contact tracing should the need arise and keep numbers attending events to a minimum.) We’ll send emails to members for individual events as they come up as arrangements may change. See our Covid 19 page for more info.

You can join the Mobile O revolution though and download the MapRun app and have a go at some local courses using your phone to time yourself and even navigate with. Visit our MapRun page for instructions and a list of maps.

Then try a Permanent Orienteering Course in a local forest or park or try one of our Street O maps for a taste of urban O.
