Click on anyone’s “Track” link next to their name to get through to the MR RouteGadget and you can replay the race.
If you’re wanting back into the MapRun event to adjust your pings (now there’s a phrase you don’t hear very often?) in MapRunF HITMO function the code is 9183. The code expires at 23:00 anyway after which anyone can go in and look at results.
From now on we’ll print the code on the map.
The GPS definitely seems to work better on some models of phone or a Garmin watch. Would be interesting to find out which phones folk are using as I suspect it’s an aging tech thing even though the tech in question is only a few years old. Mine’s a Samsung J3 c. 2016 which struggles to keep up with even my chugging pace and only pinged 9 times on the way round whereas Pete’s newer Samsung A40 c. mid-2019 got all 13 pings first time tonight.
