GRAMP and SOA have teamed up to put on a taster event at Hazlehead Park on Sat 12th September as part of the sportscotland-led Summer of Sport programme, designed to encourage children and young people across Scotland to participate in sport and physical activity. The £20 million investment from the Scottish Government, aimed at creating inclusive, inspiring and accessible sport.

Saturday 12th Sept Morning Session 10:30 – 12:30
Saturday 12th Sept Afternoon Session 13:30 – 15:30
These sessions are aimed at beginner families looking to try a new sport. You will learn navigational skills and gain the confidence to use an orienteering map.
From taking part in this session you will gain a free entry to a Grampian Orienteering club event on 26th September at Seaton Park which will be the perfect opportunity to apply your new skills learnt in the first session.
