Forvie Level C 24/11/13 – Results

Here are the provisional results and splits for Grampian Orienteers event at Forvie Sands by Newburgh on Sunday 24th November :-

Our apologies to David Kirk and Jon Musgrave, who had brikkes that didn’t show any signs of life.  Their times have been estimated.  The moral is:  make sure your brikke gives a flash on the Start unit !

Thanks to all our event officials and helpers today.  Special thanks to Marlis for going above and beyond the call of duty, having driven back out to Forvie with the spare set of car keys for Iain, who had managed to lock his set inside his car   🙂   !!!

White – 1.4 km 22m – easy (in terms of navigation)
Yellow – 2.5 km 38m – easy
Orange- 2.9 km 74m – medium
Light Green- 3.1 km 94m -medium
Green- 4.3 km 98m – hard
Blue- 6.5 km 144m – hard
Brown- 9.0 km 164m -hard
